what will fit your needs.

3. The ink for Screen Printing is manageable to make thicker or thinner. So if you have an athletic team and would be interested in numbering for athletic garments than we recommend Screen Printing.
4. Great for just one color prints and a cost effective way to get your name out there.
5. We offer discharge and all water based inks. These inks are very similar to the DTG inks and can also be printed on dark colors.
6. If your artwork has more than one ink color than artwork needs to be color separated. (We offer very reasonable prices on this.)
7. Jumbo Printing! We can print your logo 18"x26". That's huge!

Summary: The Screen Printer is great for huge quantity print runs and is very cost effective if you want a huge quantity of prints. We can print up to 4 colors with our screen printer.
F.A.Q's for the Screen Printer:
What does the set up fees include? The set up fees includes preparing the screen before printing. Such as: printing artwork, applying emulsion to screen, drying screen, aligning artwork, burning image, spray and expose image, taping screen, preparing platten board, break down of screen, cleaning screen, and the cost of supplies to set up. Our prices for set up are very reasonable considering everything that is required for set up including the time it takes. Our set up prices are very good compared to other printers.
What is flash? Flash is when we put an extra layer of ink on the colors you want to be brighter Example: If you have a white on a black garment you usually want to flash to have a nice thick layer of white. One layer of white without flash tends to look a little spotty on a black or dark garment. We must charge extra for flash because it slows down the printing process significantly.
Direct to Garment Printing
1. No limit in ink colors- With this printer we can print a full color picture.
2. No minimum
3. No set up fees
4. The Direct to Garment Printer prints extremely better resolution than Screen Printing (720~2800 dpi)
5. Ink is smooth to the touch
6. This printer can print straight from a JPEG! No need to separate colors for your artwork as you would have to do with Screen Printing.

Summary: This type of printing is more expensive per print (compared to screen printing) mainly because the ink is expensive and the printing process is much slower. Also keep in mind these prints sell for much more in department stores.
For example: A T-shirt printed with this process are reselling at such stores as Macy's, Nordstrom's and skate shops for between $26 and $49 a piece.
Key aspects to know:
Printing on dark garments with the DTG printer is not as good as Screen Printing. We have to do a pre treatment to the garment print area that bonds the white ink to the garment. The pre treatment can also alter the top colors.

How well does the garment hold up in washing? Very well! Our printer lays down a heavy amount of ink due to us printing dual CMYK (double the ink) and then we heat it 20 seconds over the required heat treatment.
What is the diference between the transfer method and DTG method? A thermal transfer printer is a non-impact printer that uses heat to register an impression on paper. We don't recommend transfer printing due to it pealing off after time and it is the cheapest quality of printing. DTG printing is an inkjet printer made specifically for garment printing. It dies the ink into the T-shirt which is smooth to the touch and lasts.
