1. Can I order online? You certainly can. Simply go to our Clothing Catologs page on the left and click on the clothing vendor of your choice. Pick what garments are best for your order (remember style numbers). Go to our Get a quick quote page and click on the printing service that you are interested in, fill out the form with the style numbers. Expect a quote within 24 hours as well as a link to pay your quoted price online. It is that easy!
2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept a number of payment methods including: Visa, Master Card, Cashiers Checks, and Pay Pal if you prefer it.
3. Do I need a resale number or a wholesale number to purchase Tagless Threads clothing? No, you do not need a resale or wholesale number to purchase our products.
4. What is your turnaround time on printing? Our turnaround time for printing is three to eight business days depending on the job. After completed, we then ship the products to you at your desired shipping time and location.
5. I need my order right away. Can I get my order shipped within 48 hours? You may. If the order is under two hundred items we can ship it to you within 48 hours of when the order was placed. All rush orders must be placed by 10:00am pst in order to have it printed and shipped out within 48 hours. If you place the order on a Friday it will be shipped out Tuesday morning. We only charge $18.00 extra for this service.
6. Can you make me a custom design? Yes, we can create a design for a negotiable fee. Please check out our graphic artist page.

8. Do you sell tagless products without printing services? We sure do. We understand that some of you like to do your own printing. All tagless garments without printing are shipped within 24 business hours of transaction.
9. What is a garment style #? Garment style #'s can be found on all of our clothing distributors online Clothing Catalogs They are usually found near the garment name. (ex. American Apparel's is found above there garment names, Mission Imprintables are usually the little number at the end of the garment names)
10. How long has Tagless Threads been in business? Tagless Threads was founded in early 2005.
11. What is your maximum printing size? 11"x17" with our DTG printer and 18"x26" with our Screen Printer. We can print almost anywhere on garments.
12. Do you have a price list? We wish we could, but there are so many differences and variations to what our customers want. We are strictly quote based. To get a quick quote please go to our get a quick quote page where you can pick from our two main services for printing and fill out the form according to what you are interested in.
13. Can I supply my own products or do I have to order them through you? Of course you can supply your own garments. We have a huge selection for you to choose from, but if you find something you prefer best just send it to us and will print your custom design.
14. What type of garment printing do you use? Direct To Garment- We use a new digital technology that chemically bonds ink to cotton molecules, resulting in brilliant colors and photographic quality. The image is soft, breathable, vibrant and durable, without that "decal" feel typically imparted by heat-transfer methods. There is no overprint around the image area, and images have a “wash fastness” equal to or better than other print methods.
Screen Printing- However, we use a screen Printer as well for larger orders or if you want your designs printed on a dark garment. Our screenprinter has a four color maximum. The benefit of having a Direct To Garment printer is that it allows us to eliminate a minimum quantity and at the same time still not charge a setup fee. We use the screen printer on dark garments because our DTG printer cannot print on dark colored garments such as black. Please keep in mind we can print on some darker colored garments such as heather grey garments with black ink (Please feel free to ask what colored garments are compatible with the DTG Printer). Some customers also prefer having one printer over the other no matter what the price diference is. Tagless Threads wants to make sure you recieve your garments how you want them in a timely and cost effective matter. Providing two methods of printing allows us to do just that !
15. How does Tagless Threads like artwork sent to them? We prefer to have artwork sent to us in either a JPEG or PSD file in at least 200 resolution for DTG. 300 resolution is recomended especially for Screen Printing. Please also send it to us in the size you want it printed on the garment, this makes it a lot easier for you and us.
16. Does the price change per garment item when you mix sizes? As long as you stay below sizes XXL the price does not change per garment item. XXL and up garments are usually between $.50 and $1.00 extra per item.
17. What brand T-shirt do you recomend? It all depends on your budget and what you need them for. If you need T-shirts to promote your company we recommend Gildan T-shirts- They are reasonably priced and a great quality. If you want a T-shirt that is thick and strong we recommend the Hanes Beefy T's. They are great for construction companies or any job that makes you get dirty and a great price. If you want your clothes to have that clothing line look and good fit T-shirt then we recommend the American Apparel and Alternative Apparel T-shirt, they are pricy but if looks is what you care about than that is the T-shirt you want.
18. How secure is Tagless Threads' website? This Web site is secured with a GoDaddy.com Web Server Certificate. Transactions on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.
