Jumbo Screen Printing – Oversized Screen Printing
Jumbo Screen Printing, also known as “Over-sized Printing”, is a large scale print that covers the majority of the T-shirt. This print size will take your design into a much more fashion forward end result. We only offer this on Unisex sizes, because the Women and Youth garments do not fit on our jumbo sized boards.
For the best quality in both look and feel, we only use premium water based and discharge inks as our standard ink method.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:
Artwork must be sent in True Vector Format to be deemed Print Ready. Files accepted: Adobe Illustrator Files (.ai) or PDF (.pdf) Files that are in True Vector Format. Customers that have All text must be converted to outline. If the Customer has artwork completed in True Vector Format, they should submit a Project Order Form as their Quote Request. If the Customer had a Graphic Artist (other than TT Art Dept.) complete their artwork, they should have their Graphic Artist prepare this for them. If the Customer does not have Illustrator or does not provide Print Ready Artwork, they will be charged for this service. The cost for this service is 85.00 for a typical design. If the Customer submits artwork that is extremely low in resolution or blurry; there will be additional fees. Tagless Thread may waive Artwork Service fees for bulk or corporate orders.
