Since we own both automatic and manual presses, we can print multiple jobs at once, based on their quantity and print area. Our automatic press allows us to print larger jobs, and can produce extremely fast! Our manual press is great for smaller jobs that require less set up. Utilizing both presses allows us to have an extremely quick turn around time, while producing high quality garments.

Gas T-shirt Dryers
It is very important to choose a Screen Printer that uses a Gas Dryer. When doing your research on a printer make sure to always ask what type of dryer they use. Quartz flash Heaters
Based on our past experience, quartz heaters are much more efficient than traditional infrared heaters.Infrared heaters make it difficult to print water based discharge inks because excess heat fills the production space, causing the time sensitive ink to dry on the screens before the job is complete.Quartz heaters expend heat in less than a second, and cool instantly after use. Our quartz heater uses less energy than infrared heaters, allowing us to save on supplies like ink, while also being environmentally friendly. Using quartz heaters allow us to pass on our savings to you, our customer!
water based experience
We are exceptionally skilled at, and enjoy printing water based discharge ink. While other screen printers only use oil based plastisol ink, which can be thick, our print team has mastered the complex and scientific process that water based discharge ink requires. The result is an incredibly smooth, vivid image that works with virtually any design. Water based discharge ink is paving the way for the screen printing business as a way of creating longer lasting and eco-friendly garments.
