Tagless Threads and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion,including, without limitation, if Tagless Threads believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Tagless Threads and its subsidiaries.
Ethical Business Practice
In using this website, Customer has complied with the business tactics of Tagless Threads and will not state otherwise on any public forum, review site, or Business Association. In consideration for the user of this site, the Customer and Tagless Threads each understands and respects the stand point of one another and will remain respectable and professional towards the business practices and reputations of one another. Customer agrees to not make any false accusations or remarks about Tagless Threads. If Customer slanders or falsely depicts Tagless Threads, the Customer will be held responsible for the cost of removing the false remarks as well as the cost for any damages Tagless Threads endures. If customer submits a refusal of payment on his or her order while garments have been delivered, the customer will be made responsible for all charge-back fees,attorney fees, court fees,collection fees and or damages that Tagless Threads endures as a result of the charge-back. If a Customer reverses a charge for an order that Tagless Threads is not held liable for , the Customer will be responsible for any fees or damages brought forth to the company.
The Customer is responsible for artwork sent to Tagless Threads. Artwork Requirements for Screen Printing: Artwork must be sent in True Vector Format to be deemed Print Ready. Files accepted : Adobe Illustrator Files (.ai) or PDF (.pdf) Files that are in True Vector Format. Customers artwork that have text must be converted to outline. Failing to convert text to outline will delay the customers order and leave room for error which Tagless Threads will not be held accountable for. If the Customer does not have Illustrator or does not provide Print Ready Artwork, they will be charged for this service. The cost for this service is a minimum of $150 for a typical design. The customer is responsible for providing their Custom Tagless Care Tag artwork with fonts at a minimum size of 12 pt, anything smaller will be resized by Tagless Threads. Tagless Threads will not be held liable for legal information provided on a garment tag. The Customer must do the research according to each individual’s local state laws and regulations. If the Customer submits artwork that is extremely low in resolution or blurry; there will be additional fees. Tagless Threads may waive Artwork Service fees for bulk or corporate orders. If any alterations or changes are made to the artwork there may be an increase in Production Time. Tagless Threads will not be held liable for delays caused by an incorrect artwork submission.
Screen Printing: The Customer is responsible for choosing the colors in the artwork based on the provided Color Chart. This is located on the Project Order Form as well as on the Tagless Threads website. If a specific color is required, the Customer will need to pay for a Custom Pantone Color (PMS). If a Custom Pantone Color is not specified and/or paid for, Tagless Threads will not be held liable for color as it is subjective. Disclaimer: If a Custom Pantone Color is specified and the project consists of jewel tone or non-100% cotton blend garments, water-based/discharge inks may not be compatible and therefore there may be a variance in color. Digital (DTG) Printing : The DTG Printer will determine ink colors according to the true color of the artwork file. Colors may not print as bright as shown on monitor as computers have back lights and can be viewed differently depending on where computer is positioned. Tagless Threads will not be held liable for color as it is subjective.
To ensure simplicity, Tagless Threads classifies Customer’s projects into three categories: Beginner, Expert, and Re-Order.
Beginner: Customers that require artwork services including custom design,re-design,artwork revisions,or the service of creating your images into True Vector format. Any Customer that does not provide their artwork in True Vector Format will be considered a “Beginner”. Tagless Threads will send quotes as requested and once ready, the Customer will accept their quote via the quote software. Once accepted, the quote will be carefully reviewed to ensure all order details are listed. The Customer will then get an invoice in which they may pay on an online secure form. Once an order is placed, the Customer will receive a Project Approval Form to review all project specifications and sign via electronic signature.
Expert: Customers that have True Vector artwork and submit a Project Order Form to order. The Project Order Form will list all project specifications and will be used for quoting purposes once submitted. Tagless Threads will send quotes as requested and once ready, the Customer will accept their quote via the quote software. If the quote request changes, you will need to revise your Project Order Form to reflect that of the invoice to be paid. Once accepted, the quote will be carefully reviewed to ensure all order details are listed. The Customer will then get an invoice in which they may pay on an online secure form. Once an order is placed, the Project Order Form will sent back to the Customer as a Project Approval Form in which they will be prompted to sign via electronic signature.
Re-Order: Customers that have placed a previous order using the same artwork specifications. Tagless Threads will send quotes as requested and once ready, the Customer will accept their quote via the quote software. Once accepted, the quote will be carefully reviewed to ensure all order details are listed. The Customer will then get an invoice in which they may pay on an online secure form. Once an order is placed, the Project Order Form used for a previous order will sent back to the Customer as a Project Approval Form in which they will be prompted to sign via electronic signature.
The Production Time for a standard order is 10-15 business days plus shipping time. This is an estimated amount of time and is not guaranteed. The Production time may increase if the order consists of multiple or complex designs, simulated process, tag removal or custom patches. Pre-Production begins when we have payment, print ready artwork, and a signed Project Approval Form. Production will not proceed if any of these are not provided. Production time may also be delayed if the garments from a particular manufacturer are on back-order, changes are made to the order, or the Customer does not follow guidelines set forth for the order to proceed. Tagless Threads is not liable if production exceeds the estimated 10-15 business days. If an order is needed to meet a specific deadline, the Customer is responsible for choosing the Priority Order option. The Priority Order rates range in percentage of an order according to the desired date. Tagless Threads will not be held liable if a Priority Order is delayed on the Customer’s behalf (i.e. incorrect artwork submission, not submitting Project Approval Form in a timely manner, or changes in an order). Tagless Threads will do everything in their part to ship by a certain date if a Priority Order is paid for, but cannot guarantee and will not be held liable for delivery due to circumstances out of Tagless Thread’s control (i.e. weather delays, shipping errors, errors by the supplier, etc.). The Customer is responsible for completing payment on expedited shipment and insurance if required prior to the shipment leaving our facility. Tagless Threads will not be held liable if an order is not delivered on the requested date. Once the order is shipped, Tagless Threads is not responsible if a package is late or lost. Tagless Threads will not be held liable if a Priority Order is delayed on the Customer’s behalf. Tagless Threads recommends that the Customer receive garments before scheduling any event such as a store launch, photo shoot,holiday,vacation, or marketing event. Customer Supplied Garments
Tagless Threads requests that customers sending in garments from their own personal stock or drop shipped from a wholesaler provide at least one extra of each size/ color/ style. This is to ensure that every customer will receive the exact amount as ordered. In the event that there are no misprints the customer will receive extra garments. If a customer fails to fulfill this request, Tagless Threads is not liable for any misprints and the customer may not receive the complete order. The client is responsible for his or her own garments supplied and Tagless Threads will not be held responsible for inconsistencies in ink-to-garment compatibility do to the nature of discharge.
Tagless Threads will not be responsible for supplier shortages or back-ordered garments. Tagless Threads will provide an inventory update at the time requested, but that information can change from one day to the next. Should items become out of stock, a Tagless Threads Team Member will work with the Customer to find a replacement garment that will work for the project.
Garment Quantity Satisfaction
Due to the nature of the business, Tagless Threads will not be held responsible for providing extra garments in the event that an item is misprinted. If your full order is not received, Tagless Threads will refund any misprinted garments. Tagless Threads will not be held liable for garments that are not guaranteed dischargeable.
Selection of Garments
Tagless Threads will assist in helping the customer select garments if requested. Tagless Threads is not liable if the garments suggested are not up the Customer’s standards. The Customer is responsible for doing research on said garments. Tagless Threads will not be held liable for reasons in which Customer overlooks the information is included in the item description such as “Sheer Jersey” or “Inside Out Tee”. Tagless Threads will not be held liable for variances in color within the same garment style. Samples are available for purchase if the Customer is unsure of the suggestion made. Tagless Threads is a garment printer; not a garment manufacture.
Cancellations made after the order has been placed are subject to a 25% restocking fee. These fees are to cover credit card fees, Pre-Production, and Re-Stocking Fees Tagless Threads incurs with suppliers. No cancellation requests will be accepted once an order goes into Production. Customers who request a reimbursement before or after the order goes into Production will be instructed to sign a Reimbursement Agreement if approved. Tagless Threads has a no refund policy. Reprints are only granted if Tagless Threads is liable and Claim is valid. If order guidelines or Terms are not followed, Tagless Threads will not be held liable for a Reprint. All claims must be submitted within 48 business hours of date of delivery and this must be done by opening a ticket on your account. Please email email@example.com for any questions regarding a claim or open ticket. If granted, Tagless Threads will reprint your order under the circumstances that the original garments are shipped back to our facility within 48 business hours. Claims will not be processed until Tagless Threads has received garments. A Re-print will not be granted if a Customer uses part of the order to sell or use for an event.
Due to the nature of the print,care tags may show through to the other side of the shirt especially when printing black ink on a white garment or white ink on a black garment. Tagless Threads will not be held liable for legal information provided on a garment tag. The Customer must do the research according to each individual’s local state laws and regulations. Any print that goes over the seam of a garment may cause inconsistencies in the print and not all garments will be the exact same. Non 100% cotton garments such as 50/50, burnout, and Tri-Blend or jewel toned garments may not discharge properly. In the event of this, Tagless Threads will use an alternate water based ink which may be thicker than standard water based inks. Tagless Threads will not be held liable for garments that are not guaranteed dischargeable. Tagless Threads will not be held liable for color & size inconsistencies in garments. In order to ensure image longevity and color vibrancy, we recommend “machine wash cold, tumble dry low” for all water based and discharge printed garments. Tagless Threads is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, mislabeled sizes, loose stitching, and garment defects. We do our best to inspect the garments as they are printed but we can not guarantee each garment. Tagless Threads will require a 30.00 Returned Check Fee for any returned checks.
In doing business with Tagless Threads, the Customer will comply with these Terms and Conditions as set forth by Tagless Threads.
