We are the team to beat when it comes to water-based & discharge inks. We are exceptionally skilled at, and enjoy printing water based discharge ink. While other screen printers only use oil based plastisol ink, which can be thick, our print team has mastered the complex and scientific process that water based discharge ink requires. The result is an incredibly smooth, vivid image that works with virtually any design. Water based discharge ink is paving the way for the screen printing business as a way of creating longer lasting and eco-friendly garments. We encourage all our customers to choose water-based ink over plastisol for the highest quality garment on the market!

Super Eco-Conscious

As a screen printing company, we have many opportunities to recycle, reduce and reuse. In addition to offering & printing on organic garments, we use mostly water-based inks. We constantly keep up with industry changes & how water-based inks are used, and how they are compatible with the garments chosen by the customer, in an effort to create the most comfortable and environmentally friendly garments possible. Tagless Threads only uses cleaning solutions that are natural and/or plant derived, and never use any harsh solvents or solutions.

Both Automatic and Manual Presses are used

Since we own both automatic and manual presses, we can print multiple orders at once, based on their quantity and print area. Our automatic press allows us to print larger jobs, and can produce high volumes at a fast pace. Our manual press is great for smaller orders that require less set up. Utilizing both presses allows us to have an efficient turn around time, while still keeping the integrity of producing high quality garments.
